Job Title : Personal & Executive Operations Assistant (Pretoria)

Description :

The Personal & Executive Operations Assistant role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, streamlining communication, and maintaining accountability across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Email & Task Management : Manage and clear the COO’s mailbox, prioritize important communications, and follow up on action items.
  • Operational Support : Assist in setting up and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows.
  • Reporting & Dashboards : Develop, maintain, and analyse reports and dashboards to track key metrics and operational progress.
  • Accountability & Follow-Ups : Ensure tasks are completed by relevant team members, follow up on deadlines, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Meeting Coordination : Schedule and prepare agendas for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-through on action points.
  • General Assistance : Run errands, handle miscellaneous administrative tasks, and provide personal support to the COO as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Must Provide Proof of Competency)
