Summary

We are hiring PRN CNA, HHA, PCA, and Caregivers to provide 1:1 patient care in patients' homes in the Tequesta, FL area.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household tasks to help individuals remain in their homes.

Specific Job Duties / Responsibilities
  • Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager; notify immediately of incidents or accidents.
  • Drive safely, comply with traffic laws, and wear a seat belt during travel.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care, and transfers.
  • Assist with household tasks essential to the client's personal care.
Education and Experience

Experience Desired: Six months of home care experience preferred. Successful completion of a competency evaluation.

License Requirements
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
Skill Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Ability to work independently in diverse home situations.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
