Job description

ARRCS is actively seeking a qualified Personal Care Worker to join our Home Care Team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role offers 38 hours per week at an hourly rate of $35.01 - $36.55 / hour gross, depending on experience.Based in our Darwin office and servicing clients within inner and regional Darwin, your role as Personal Care Worker – Home Care involves traveling to clients' homes to provide care and support.

Responsibilities include assisting with cleaning, bed making, personal care (grooming, showering, mobility), and meal preparation.

You may also support social activities, accompany clients to appointments, and assist with shopping.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Aged or Disability care, be comfortable traveling to clients' homes, and possess a fully insured, reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.You should demonstrate a caring and understanding approach, be able to interpret care plans, and deliver services respecting clients' dignity and preferences.
