Our client is a premium hair salon brand (Midrand), committed to setting new standards in hair health, innovation, and client experience. They aim to expand into multiple locations and seek a Personal Assistant to the MD to help build brand awareness and establish the company as a luxury salon leader.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced Personal Assistant who will support the MD by managing admin tasks, streamlining workflows, and assisting with light marketing activities. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order and efficiency to a busy schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily calendar, appointments, reminders, and task lists
  • Handle administrative duties (emails, document management, data entry)
  • Coordinate projects and track deadlines across multiple workstreams
  • Liaise with service providers, clients, or partners as needed
  • Execute basic marketing tasks — e.g., posting pre-approved content on social media platforms and scheduling email campaigns
  • Support personal tasks and errands as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a personal assistant, executive assistant, or admin support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-managed, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms, etc.)
  • Discreet, reliable, and capable of managing confidential information
