We're on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to the CEO & Brand Developer — someone who's ready to roll up their sleeves and own operations across our dynamic, growing Ultimate Pet Care business group.

Location

Benoni (Only candidates within 20 km of Benoni will be considered)

What You'll Do

1. Be the right hand to the CEO and a true custodian of our business group
2. Lead & manage staff, projects, and priorities
3. Run checklists, payroll, debit orders, and inventory like a pro
4. Oversee our e-commerce operations and back up the call center
5. Drive structure, progress, and growth every day

Who You Are

1. Highly organized, hands-on, and accountable
2. Natural leader who moves people & projects forward
3. Experienced in operations, financial admin & project management
4. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and LOVES getting things done
