Job title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Location: KwaZulu-Natal, Durban

Deadline: May 08, 2025

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid Drivers License and vehicle.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
  • Proven experience in handling both business and personal affairs for a senior executive.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Essential: Must be willing to travel to Nottingham road 3 – 4 times monthly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, managing calendars, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Assist with personal and household management tasks as required.
  • Coordinate and manage key business and personal events.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Arrange and oversee business-related errands, appointments, and engagements.
  • Manage expense tracking, budgets, and financial reconciliations for the CEO.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
