Responsibilities

1. Provide secretarial support to the Regional Support Manager in terms of the following:
2. Travel arrangements
3. Organising and preparation of meetings, functions, presentations and conferences
4. Diary management
5. Mail and information management
6. Client liaison
7. Time and priority management
8. Office and telephone administration
9. Administration support to various support structures that report into the Regional Support Manager
10. Collate, analyse and interpret data sheets

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & Experience

1. Grade 12 (matric) or equivalent qualification
2. Secretarial experience and computer literacy with an ability to execute tasks virtually
3. Previous experience in a sales support environment with knowledge of S.net and the MS-Office package will serve as an advantage
4. Previous experience with intermediaries will serve as an advantage
5. MIS and Cubus knowledge will serve as an advantage
6. Driver's license and own vehicle essential
