About the Role :

A leading and dynamic automotive group in Sandton is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Franchise Director.

This role requires a polished individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of the motor industry or similar fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide full administrative and personal support to the Franchise Director

Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings

Act as a liaison between the Director and internal / external stakeholders

Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation

Maintain and manage confidential information with discretion

Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met

Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives across the dealership network

Organise events, staff meetings, and dealership engagements

Perform general office management duties as required

Requirements : Grade 12 / Matric

Certificate in Office Management / PA / Secretarial

Minimum 3 years' experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role

Experience in the motor industry or a high-performance business environment is advantageous

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
