Our client (involved in the textile wholesale and garment manufacturing industry) is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Director (fabric imports) to provide administrative support.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
Fabric/importing industry experience is ideal.
Experience in travel coordination and itinerary management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
