A leading automotive group in Sandton is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Franchise Director. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the motor industry or high-performance business environment is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Job Title: Personal Assistant to Franchise Director

Location: Sandton, Johannesburg

Salary: R20,000 – R28,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role:

A leading and dynamic automotive group in Sandton is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Franchise Director. This role requires a polished individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of the motor industry or similar fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the Franchise Director
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation
  • Maintain and manage confidential information with discretion
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives across the dealership network
  • Organise events, staff meetings, and dealership engagements
  • Perform general office management duties as required

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Certificate (Personal Assistance / Office Management / Secretarial)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Experience in the motor industry or a high-performance business environment is advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
