Job summary

A leading automotive group in Sandton is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Franchise Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the motor industry. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing reports, and providing administrative support. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a PA and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the motor industry or high-performance business environment is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the Franchise Director.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
