Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Under the leadership of the president, improve and optimize the management system of each department and urge each department to complete the establishment of a business process system as planned.
  • Be fully responsible for all management work of the President’s Office and ensure the normal and efficient operation of the Board of Directors’ Office.
  • Organize the collection and understanding of the work dynamics of each department, assist the president in coordinating the relevant business work of each department, and understand the company's main activities to provide a basis for the company's leadership's decision-making.
  • Assist the president in the overall planning, classification, coordination and organization and implementation of various activities inside and outside the group and make various work and schedule arrangements.
  • Coordinate and organize the president’s office meeting, compile meeting minutes, and assist in implementation.
  • Responsible for document processing and drafting documents for the president to attend various meetings.
  • Participate in the preparation of the company's strategic plans and operating plans, and the discussion of major company decision-making matters.
  • Online and offline Chinese and English translation, especially those who can translate into French and Chinese.
  • Complete other special tasks assigned by the company president.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Must have a Matric (Grade 12). Certificate, Diploma and/or Degree in either Paralegal study, Office Management, Business Administration, or Financial studies will be advantageous.
  • Good temperament, with a comprehensive knowledge structure, possessing secretarial, legal, financial, management and other related knowledge.
  • Have more than 10-15 years of work experience, with both government and corporate experience, a strong sense of professionalism, and excellent communication skills, learning abilities and insight.
  • Have strong communication and social skills, and the ability to respond quickly and solve problems.
  • Clear ideas, proactive and efficient, and strong ability to proactively plan and implement.
  • Have keen observation skills, strong ability to collect and summarize information and data, and be good at selecting, extracting, processing and transforming large amounts of data.
  • Solid writing skills, good language and written expression skills and document processing ability, able to think and plan independently; strong ability to withstand pressure.
  • Both English and Chinese can be used as working languages.
