- Manage and coordinate the CEOs calendar, including appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
- Manage all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required by the CEO.
- Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Support personal tasks and errands as requested by the CEO.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, and office supply management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant to the MD / CEO within an FMCG company
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS
- Experienced in compiling board packs
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Professional discretion and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail.
- Qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field advantageous
- Own transport essential
