Job description

Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO, based in Johannesburg, to support the executive office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.

Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.

Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.

Support the CEO with personal errands and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Proactive and able to work independently.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.

Qualifications : Matric certificate.

Relevant diploma or qualification in administration or business management is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.

Previous experience supporting senior executives is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.

Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport preferred.
