Job description

We are looking for a dynamic, assertive, and extroverted Personal Assistant to support our client's CEO in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who thrives on

multitasking, communicates effectively, and has experience working directly under CEOs in large corporate companies .

Location : Must reside in or near Pretoria

Languages : Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Education : Relevant Diploma or Degree (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management)

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a PA to a CEO or senior executive in a large company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – confident, outgoing, and professional
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Willingness to assist with receptionist duties when necessary
  • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Willing to be on standby and work flexible hours when the need arises
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business communication tools

Key Responsibilities :
