Our professional service corporate client in Century City is looking for a PA / Secretary with 5 years plus experience. Must have exceptional typing and document control experience. Quick, Fast and accurate typist. Speed will be tested.

Min Requirements
Must have a minimum of 5 years secretarial experience
Must be in possession of Matric certificate or equivalent
Must have fast and accurate typing skills
Must be computer literate in MS Office, MS Excel and Quark Copydesk
A Secretarial qualification will be advantageous
Basic Financial skills will be advantageous
A mature and polite, diplomatic manner combined with a good command of English are essential
Job Description
Answering the phone and Managing busy diaries
Managing leave schedules, and the daily attendance leave registers
Typing and formulating important professional templetes letters and documents
Document management and control
Professional Communication internal and externally
Ordering and managing stationary supplies for the department
Meeting and greeting guests
Arranging meetings and setting up teleconferences
Taking care of travel arrangements
Taking minutes of meetings
Filing and typing documents
Setting up consultation sessions in boardrooms with clients
Coordinating functions and booking venues
Managing freelance payments and maintaining monthly Excel spreadsheets of those contributions
Managing monthly freelance invoices (including providing contributors with the final printed word counts for their invoices).
