PERSONAL ASSISTANT / OFFICE MANAGER
Location: West Rand
Salary: RK CTC per annum
Reporting to: General Manager and supporting Admin and Plant Managers
Responsibilities:
- Handle all travel, accommodation, and related bookings for functions on Travel IT
- Upkeep of impeccable filing systems
- Diary management and scheduling of meetings
- Monitor all time and attendance, including sick leave and leave for Plant personnel
- Preparation of overtime payments and familiarity with time and attendance functions
- Prepare and upload all standby allowances for personnel and handle payments
- Systems administration, uploading new procedures for 4 separate plants in SharePoint
- Manage utility allocations (electricity, water, etc.)
- Monitor telephone usage
- Creation of orders
- Compile reports on man-hours worked for SHE department
- Upload contractors on SAP system
- Ordering of supplies from stores for security, admin, and Safety personnel
- Minute taking and typing up thereof
- Assist with preparation for compilation of budgets
Minimum Requirements:
Matric plus Secretarial qualification
