Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's diary, schedule, and meetings efficiently.
- Liaise with Finance for payments related to the Executive office.
- Handle administration and documentation of the Executive office.
- Develop and maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
- Review documents for quality and compliance with policies.
- Handle internal and external correspondence for the Executive.
- Prepare monthly activity reports for review.
- Process requisitions for the Executive office.
Office Management
- Organize social events for the Executive office, including budgeting and coordination.
- Arrange local and international travel for the Executive.
- Maintain effective document filing and tracking systems.
- Manage Information Security Forum activities.
- Coordinate team travel and security conference arrangements.
- Track budgets and payments.
Project Management
- Coordinate diaries and manage travel planning and budgets.
- Plan and coordinate events.
Qualifications
- Degree in Secretarial Administration or related field.
Experience
- Minimum three years in an administrative role in a reputable company.
- Experience supporting top management with local and international operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of MTN policies and customer service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
