Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a half-day PA/Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will provide administrative and personal support to management while ensuring accurate and efficient bookkeeping. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Invoicing job cards on Numbers.
  • Preparing quotations and cost calculations.
  • Occasionally driving into town to collect items such as meters.
  • Liaising with clients to follow up on payments.
  • Uploading invoices onto Pastel.
  • Any other administrative tasks such as placing orders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, PA, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Pastel, and preferably Apple Numbers.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Working hours and compensation
  • Hours: 08:00 – 13:00.
  • A cellphone and fuel allowance will be provided if she needs to travel from George to Wilderness.
  • Currently, no medical aid or pension benefits are offered.
