A leading company in Richards Bay is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating travel. They should possess a diploma in Office Management or Business Administration and have strong communication and organizational skills.
Minimum Requirements
• National diploma in Office Management and Technology or Business Administration
• 2 years Administrative/ and Secretarial experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to executives and management.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings including minute-taking and follow-ups.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
• Maintain filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office logistics.
• Assist with project coordination and monitoring of deadlines and deliverables.
• Serve as a communication link between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Preference will be given to candidates who resides in Richards Bay and surrounding areas.
