You will be responsible for :

  • Managing daily correspondence – emails, phone calls, and messages

  • Assisting with both business and personal administrative tasks
  • Maintaining records and managing office filing systems
  • Preparing documents, reports, and meeting agendas
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and follow-ups
