Job description

A highly organized and disciplined Personal Assistant responsible for delivering efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical support to the Managing Director.

What’s the role

You will be responsible for:

  1. Dealing with clients and the crew
  2. Coordinating diaries and bookings
  3. Assessing briefs and deliverable matches
  4. Preparing jobs costing sheets and quotes
  5. Collecting and collating supplier invoices against jobs
  6. Preparing supplier and clients reports for the CVO
  7. Collecting stock requirements to present to the CVO
  8. Researching and sourcing potential new clients daily

Requirements

Boxes to tick:

  1. Matric
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Proficient in CRM systems (ZOHO and Xero would be advantageous)
