Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Personal Assistant to Bursar.

We seek a dynamic and versatile Personal Assistant with experience in finance departments, project administration, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Secretarial duties – support the Bursar with all administration tasks
  2. Take minutes
  3. Monitor lease agreements
  4. Manage the Karri App process requisitions
  5. Manage fixed assets
  6. Oversee ancillary services (e.g., cleaning contracts)
  7. Projects administration
  8. Health and safety auditing
  9. Insurance claims and register
  10. Vehicle licensing and services
Experience & Qualifications
  • Qualification in Office Management, Information Management, or Business Administration
  • Basic accounting/financial certificate or higher
  • Minimum seven years PA experience, preferably in a school environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing confidential information and multitasking
  • Experience with Ed-Admin systems is advantageous
