Our Client in Chamdor Krugersdorp Gauteng is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director responsible for personal assistant duties, office management, tenders, reports, logistics, and documentation. Project Administration or Project Co-ordination experience is an added bonus.

Salary: NEGOTIABLE

Qualification Requirements
  1. Matric and relevant secretarial tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  2. Excellent in Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint
  3. Min 5 years Personal Assistant experience from the Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical or related sectors (Blue collars and white collars)
  4. Experience in compiling tenders
Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide executive and administrative support to the CEO
  2. Executive PA duties like diary management, coordinating of meetings, conferences, and functions
  3. Answering telephones and screening calls of the CEO's office
  4. Arranging travel arrangements and bookings (local and international)
  5. Executive typing skills of correspondence, documents, quotes, and minutes of meetings
  6. Assist with compiling tender documents (training to be supplied)
  7. Logging onto tender portals and reliably downloading documents
  8. Corresponding with all outsourced suppliers regarding quotes and queries
  9. Dealing with customer queries and complaints by recording and responding
  10. Proofreading and typing of all documents, double-checking spelling and grammar before distribution
  11. Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the Directors, ensuring all necessary requirements are met (e.g., meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas).
