Job description

The candidate will work closely with Executive Personnel to provide administrative support and will report directly to the Executive Assistant and indirectly to the Executive Personnel.

Required qualification: Bachelor's Degree.

Required experience: At least 1 year in a corporate environment reporting to senior management.

Roles and responsibilities include, inter alia:

  1. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments;
  2. Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation;
  3. Assisting with time management;
  4. Liaising with key stakeholders;
  5. Reconciliation of expenses;
  6. Answering phones professionally and directing calls or taking detailed messages;
  7. Taking meeting minutes and following up to ensure completion of actionable items.
