Job description

To provide high-level administrative and personal support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the executive's daily activities.

The Personal Assistant manages schedules, communications, and tasks with discretion and professionalism, enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and organise digital records and correspondence.
  2. Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
  3. Obtain sign-off on invoices from the CEO and submit to accounts payable for payments.
  4. Follow up with accounts payable when vendors advise that they have not been paid.
  5. Manage company vehicles: license renewals, tracking systems, and fines.
  6. Oversee corporate gifts and clothing.
  7. Order and approve designs for business cards.
  8. Manage cell phone accounts (upgrades, cancellation of contracts, new contracts).
  9. Create and review forms and templates for the company.
