Job description

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager's working life and communication.

Responsibilities
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Complete the necessary spreadsheets and/or reports
  • Assist the manager with personal matters as needed (e.g., going to the shop, making coffee)
  • Recruit staff for the manager's department if necessary
Requirements and Skills
  • Valid code 8 license and car
  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant is a bonus but not required
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
