Job Description :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to efficiently manage the daily schedule of the executives, and provide administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities :
Managing and maintaining the executives’ schedules and appointments
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
Handling phone calls and emails on behalf of the executives
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Assisting with personal tasks as needed
Acting as a liaison between the executives and other team members
Taking meeting minutes and preparing reports
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Discretion and confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
