Job description

Our client in Constantia Hills Cape Town is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and possess strong multitasking and organizational skills. A Matric certificate is required, with industry-relevant qualifications being advantageous. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving abilities. A valid driver's license is non-negotiable as the candidate may be required to run errands for the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Matric
  2. Industry relevant qualifications advantageous
  3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  5. Must have a driver's license (this is non-negotiable)
  6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

DUTIES:

  • Diary & Schedule Management: Organize, manage, and maintain the CEO's calendar; schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
  • Correspondence Handling: Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Event Coordination: Organize meetings, events, and engagements, handling logistics and necessary documentation.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required. Maintain organized records and files.
  • Personal Errands & Lifestyle Management: Handle personal tasks such as shopping, reservations, household management, and other lifestyle-related duties. Drive the CEO and family members to appointments.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
