Job description

Your basic key responsibilities are but not limited to : Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.Calendar ManagementSetting up, confirming and managing meetingsAdministrative tasksConduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documentsHandle confidential information with discretionCoordinate project-based work when requiredFollow up on invoices, payments and outstanding tasksEvaluate company documentsAssisting with legal documentsOpening bank accounts for a variety of brandsRegistering companies on CIPCMaintaining CIPC information for various brands (e.g.

change in directors, change in address, name change)Onboarding new PSPs (Admin)Profile changes related to FSPs that need to be submitted to the FSCALicense Applications as and when requiredAssist with FSCA inspections and compilation of required documentsFocuses on excel spreadsheets- will be required to pull reportsInteract with external partners and manage professional relationships on behalf of the executiveLiaise and team with key support staff and Directors to ensure that all tasks are completed within required deadlines.Personal Arrangements such as medical appointments, client meetings, transport, travelling, exams, events.Ad hoc duties Requirements : Experience as a Personal AssistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and perform autonomouslyAttention to detail and problem-solving skills is of importance.Great written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and be proactive.Ability to cope under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and handle responsibilities independentlyAvailable and flexible to work overtime as and when required after hours and Public Holidays,Willing to assist occasionally on weekends in urgent situations.Available to work an -hour shift for the day- to attend to any queries as requested by Directors.Own transportation will be advantageous.LLB Degree or qualification relevant to the positionExperience in the Finance / Fintech industry advantageous - Position is based in office, in Century City, Cape Town- Available immediately
