The programme offers exposure to relationship banking within the financial services industry, emphasizing cross-functional teamwork and practical learning through a rotational scheme. You will also have opportunities to present insights and results to diverse stakeholders.

• Participate in rotations across different departments to gain broad organizational experience. These are face-to-face immersions under the supervision of coaches.
• Complete relevant training—available online, in face-to-face meetings, and classroom sessions—to support your development.
• Achieve all milestones outlined in the Job Description and Performance Contract at the end of your rotations.
