Job Description

The role involves delivering value through business outcomes by collaborating within the feature team and with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring that requirements align with business value and that the entire team understands the implementation towards these requirements.

Your learning and exposure will include (but are not limited to):

1. Capturing and maintaining up-to-date business and data rules.
2. Documenting Epics, Stories, and tasks in Jira, and generating reports and statistics.
3. Clarifying ambiguities to ensure team understanding.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, UX, technology, support, testing, and other subject matter experts to gather and analyze needs.
5. Building a shared understanding of the product's intended functionality.
6. Creating analysis documentation from elicitation sessions.
7. Planning activities for backlog items before each sprint.
8. Identifying and prioritizing blocked stories for subsequent iterations and replacing them with new stories in the current iteration.
9. Participating in discovery and inception workshops to align on user needs and technological solutions.

Qualifications

Final year undergraduate, Honours, or Masters Degree (completed or expected to complete by 2025) in:
