We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal & Event Assistant who can expertly manage both personal and professional tasks, along with the coordination and execution of events, including a wedding.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of events, including preparation and on-site management.
Act as the primary contact for guests, managing invitations and communications effectively.
Organize and streamline day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, diary management, and meetings.
Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, managing visas, and coordinating transportation.
Provide general administrative support across personal and professional activities.
