Job Title: Permanent Part-Time President Hyper

Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

Job Purpose

Assist management in day-to-day store operations while providing excellent customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure the highest level of adidas service is provided to each customer.
2. Complete sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc., as needed.
3. Participate in product ticketing and verify paperwork against received items.
4. Assist in product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis.
5. Support the development of merchandise displays following management’s suggestions or schedules.
6. Gain proficiency with the point-of-sale system, maintaining system integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.
7. Utilize selling techniques such as add-on sales and technical descriptions to enhance sales and achieve store goals.
8. Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable products; may serve as a greeter during busy periods.
9. Maintain general housekeeping standards.
10. Safeguard company assets.
