Job Purpose

Assist management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service and observing all store policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure the highest level of adidas service is given to each customer.
2. Complete sales transactions involving cash, credit, checks, etc., as needed.
3. Assist with product ticketing and verify paperwork against received items.
4. Support product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill-in basis.
5. Contribute to the development of merchandise displays following management’s suggestions or schedules.
6. Achieve proficiency with the point-of-sale system, ensuring integrity through adherence to policies and procedures.
7. Utilize selling techniques such as add-on sales and technical descriptions to enhance sales and meet store goals.
8. Greet customers and assist them in finding suitable products; serve as a greeter during busy periods.
9. Maintain general housekeeping standards.
10. Safeguard company assets.
