Job description

Performance Marketing Specialist required in Johannesburg.

A Performance Marketing Specialist position is currently available in Bedfordview.

Level: Mid-Weight.

Hybrid: 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Your work priorities would include:

  • Manage campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels including (but not limited to) Display, Paid Search, Paid Social and other digital marketing platforms as needed.
  • Maintain certifications, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or others recommended by the company to build, bolster and develop your profile.
  • Working closely with the creative team to produce best-in-class content (display / remarketing ads, video, landing pages) to meet KPIs.
  • Set up conversion goals to track performance using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Set up the relevant code to improve campaign performance, including remarketing and Facebook Pixel code.
  • Build, manage and develop audience lists utilising audience manager.
  • Regularly assess and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have a strong mix of the following:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience implementing campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels.
  • Minimum 4 years working directly on the following ad platforms – Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of analysing data and trends in order to continually optimise media campaigns for efficient ROI.
  • Must have digital or ad agency experience.
