We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take charge of paid media strategy across PPC, display, paid social, and retargeting. This intermediate role is pivotal in driving quality leads, improving ROAS, and ensuring effective budget utilisation.
● Lead data-driven campaigns with direct impact on growth ● Work with a high-performing, collaborative marketing team ● Access to advanced tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) ● Autonomy to test, optimise, and innovate across multiple paid channels ● Opportunity to grow within a company scaling across multiple brands
Key Responsibilities● Plan, execute, and optimise PPC, display, social media, and retargeting campaigns● Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting● Optimise creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels● Track and analyse performance data for insights and improvement● Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams● Stay up to date with trends across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
● 4+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing ● Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager ● Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics or similar tools ● Experience managing large budgets and optimising ROAS ● Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
