Define and set up the technology structures and team resources as needed for success in delivering on strict performance marketing objectivesDevelop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as PPC, display advertising, paid social, and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing strategy objectivesContinuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to improve targeting, messaging, and creative elements, with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving key performance indicatorsManage performance marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns with the highest potential for driving results and meeting strategic and acquisition objectivesAnalyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations for future campaignsCollaborate closely with internal teams, including brand, data, and creative, to ensure alignment of performance marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand messagingStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in performance marketing, testing, and implementing new strategies and tactics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvementCreate, lead, and mentor a team to ensure acquisition targets are met and ROI is maximizedRequirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of creating and managing successful performance marketing teams and campaigns across digital channelsPrevious Agency experience (Essential)Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as GA4, AdTech, CDP, CMS, GTM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising platformsPrevious experience with CDP-driven performance marketing (Advantageous)Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaign performance and drive strategic decision-makingExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication and training abilitiesExperience working in the fintech or digital banking sector (Advantageous)
