An international organization in Cape Town seeks a detail-oriented People Systems Support Analyst to join their global People Technology team. The role involves supporting HR systems, user inquiries, and assisting with Workday implementation. Ideal candidates will have HR systems experience, strong problem-solving skills, and be proficient in Excel. This is a full-time position on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

We're looking for a People Systems Support Analyst (FTC) to join a global People Technology team during an exciting time of transformation, including the implementation of a new HRIS platform (Workday). Based in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for People systems queries worldwide.
Deliver user and system support for onboarding, payroll, performance management, and offboarding.
Monitor processes, manage data quality, and support global payroll cycles.
Implement routine system updates; maintain HR templates and workflow documentation.
Assist with annual people processes (e.g., reviews, promotions, surveys).
Support the Workday implementation project—including system testing and configuration.
Collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions to continuously improve HR processes.
About You:
Experience in HR systems or People Operations support roles.
Working proficiency with a major HRIS (Workday preferred).
Understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in professional or regulated environments is advantageous.
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams.
