Job summary

A leading company in Gauteng is looking for an experienced HR Manager specializing in retail/FMCG. The role focuses on enhancing business partnerships, managing employee wellness, and executing performance management while ensuring compliance with South African labor legislation. We're seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management and significant experience in the field.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in retail/FMCG.
  • Valid SA driver’s license and own vehicle required.
  • Experience in representation at the CCMA to arbitration level.

Job description

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology / Organisational Psychology

2 to 4 years Human Resources experience, preferably in retail / FMCG

Must have a valid SA drivers license and own vehicle

Experience in working with HR information systems

MS office proficiency to intermediate level (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Experience in representation at the CCMA to arbitration level

Extensive and working knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, NMWA, Retail Sectoral Determination, LRA, EEA, OHSA)
