A leading health-technology company in Cape Town is seeking a People Manager to support growth and recruitment. This strategic role involves building talent systems, leading recruitment efforts, and enhancing company culture. Ideal candidates will have proven recruitment experience in dynamic environments and a passion for people development. The role offers a collaborative work environment and competitive compensation.
At we believe that everyone should hear well to live well. Our mission is to bring high quality hearing care to anyone anywhere and to change our customers' lives through better hearing.
As part of the world's fastest-growing hearing care company, we're on an ambitious journey to scale, aiming to double our South African business in the next two years and become the go-to hearing care company in the country. To support this growth, we're hiring a People Manager, a new foundational role and key part of our leadership team.

You will work directly with the Country Head Reinette and alongside other leaders to ensure we have the team and culture in place to scale. Your initial focus will be on recruiting top talent and establishing performance and people systems that help our team thrive.
