Job description

This role plays a pivotal part in delivering on that promise by ensuring our teams—especially in hospitality—are supported, inspired, and empowered to thrive.

As a People Experience Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to hospitality and operational leaders across the farm.

Your mission is to elevate the employee experience, build team capability, and enable a values-aligned, high-performance culture.

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role that bridges strategic HR with day-to-day people needs.

You will partner closely with teams in accommodation, events, culinary, guest experiences, and broader farm operations to ensure people practices support exceptional service, team wellbeing, and operational excellence.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO : Business PartneringServe as the primary people partner for hospitality and guest-facing teams.Support HODs and managers with talent planning, workforce optimisation, and people performance.Act as a sounding board on org design, structure, and team dynamics.Employee ExperienceDrive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback cycles.Monitor culture and morale across teams; support proactive interventions.Collaborate on onboarding, orientation, and continuous experience touchpoints.Performance & DevelopmentSupport implementation of performance frameworks (e.g.

Skill / Will model).Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning initiatives or coaching where needed.Champion leadership development and career progression pathways.Operational HR SupportManage key employee lifecycle events (e.g.

probation, exit interviews, wellness check-ins).Partner with payroll, recruitment, and HR admin to ensure smooth people operations.Assist in resolving workplace issues in a fair, respectful, and timely manner.People ProjectsContribute to People & Culture projects (e.g.
