Job description

Qualifications: Degree in HR / Labour Relations
Knowledge of labour law, recruitment techniques, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Experience: 3+ years in a similar role.
Responsibilities include:

  1. Recruitment of staff (advertising, shortlisting, interviewing).
  2. Drafting remuneration requests, offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related documents.
  3. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of attendance registers and payroll documents.
  4. Managing employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
  5. Conducting exit interviews.
  6. Management of Supply Chain Graduate / Trainee Manager Programme.
  7. Carrying out succession planning activities.
  8. Reporting and presenting weekly productivity reports.
  9. Completing weekly/monthly reports (Recruitment Trackers, LTI Trackers, etc.).
  10. Addressing employee queries.
  11. Promoting employee engagement activities (Team Building, Mandela Day, Christmas, Long Service Awards, etc.).
  12. Overseeing issuance and ordering of uniforms and PPE.
  13. Conducting weekly/monthly audits.
  14. Assisting with training and development activities in collaboration with the Divisional Training Delivery Partner.
  15. Supporting access control and IR / CCMA matters.
  16. Supporting activities related to the People Plan.
