Job Summary:

As a member of the People Consulting team focused on the Human Capital value chain and business performance, you will join a talented group supporting and improving businesses through transformation projects. These may include designing and implementing operating models and organizational structures, improving process efficiency, managing people risks, reviewing total rewards, supporting change efforts, and advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or carveouts. Key Responsibilities:

As a manager, you will be a key resource on business transformation projects, delivering quality client service, analyzing complex problems, and providing insightful solutions. You will manage resources to meet project objectives and demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, initiative, and relationship-building skills. Specifically, you should:

  • Demonstrate technical competence in core Human Capital capabilities and apply a practical, business-driven approach to solving client challenges.
  • Stay updated with technical, functional skills, and industry trends.
  • Deliver high-quality, impactful deliverables.
  • Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to support change initiatives and decisions.
  • Lead and coach junior team members.
  • Foster collaboration and an inclusive work environment.
  • Identify and manage potential issues and risks during client engagements.
  • Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities.
  • Identify opportunities for follow-on engagements.
  • Support and lead engagement activities from planning to implementation.
  • Remain calm and composed under stress.
  • Proactively take initiative and adapt to changing environments.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.
Qualifications:

Candidates should have:

  • Relevant professional experience, such as consulting or large-scale project experience.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in core Human Capital areas, including Organisation Design, Total Reward, Change Management, Talent Management, HR Technology, Learning, and Transactions.
