Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, organizational development, and change management.

As a Manager in People Consulting, you will lead a team of consultants to deliver innovative solutions that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies aligned with their business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their strategies and people-related challenges. Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
  2. Human Capital Strategy: Shape and deliver business strategies dependent on human capital. Provide expert advice across the Human Capital value chain.
  3. Project Management: Lead multiple engagements, ensuring timely, scoped, and budgeted delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams.
  4. Thought Leadership: Stay current with industry trends. Contribute through publications, whitepapers, and conferences.
  5. Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and a collaborative environment.
  6. Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities. Prepare proposals and presentations.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure activities comply with policies and regulations. Identify and mitigate project risks.

This role requires delivering quality service, analyzing complex problems, managing resources, and establishing relationships internally and externally. Strong communication, attention to detail, critical thinking, initiative, and adaptability are essential.

Completed B. Degree; consulting or large-scale project experience preferred. 7-10 years in core Human Capital areas; managerial experience of 10+ years; senior managerial experience of 15+ years; 3-5 years in AM roles.
