Job Title: People Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic People Business Partner (PBP) to join our People & Culture team. This role acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to management, aligning business objectives with people strategies. The PBP plays a critical part in enhancing the employee experience, driving organisational performance, and fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and innovation.

The PBP collaborates across the People & Culture function to deliver value-adding HR solutions, ensuring alignment, engagement, and retention of talent across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Lead the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, diversity, and inclusion strategies.

  • Support leadership development and succession planning.

  • Contribute to compensation, benefits, and incentive frameworks.

  • Provide HR advice on policies, procedures, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Participate in organizational strategy discussions, ensuring HR activities support growth and transformation.

  • Promote health, safety, and well-being across all people-related initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8 years’ professional HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Business Partner or Generalist role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour legislation, and organisational development practices.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365; experience with HRIS or ERP systems advantageous.
