Job description

People Support Practitioner role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team ensuring smooth and efficient People and Culture operations. This role involves assisting with various People & Culture functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with People & Culture policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

* Filing of all People and Culture documentation as per legislation requirements and operating procedures.

* Expedite the coordination of employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on relevant P&C policies and procedures.

* Maintaining accurate People records and documentation

* Support divisional People and Culture projects and initiatives as assigned by the Business Partners and Manager: People & Culture

* Training and Development administration

* Minute taking

* Effective and accurate People data management and reporting activities as needed

* Ensure awareness, compliance and implementation of all legislative and compliance issues
