  • People Support Practitioner role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team ensuring smooth and efficient People and Culture operations. This role involves assisting with various People & Culture functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with People & Culture policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Filing of all People and Culture documentation as per legislation requirements and operating procedures.
  • Expedite the coordination of employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on relevant P&C policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate People records and documentation
  • Support divisional People and Culture projects and initiatives as assigned by the Business Partners and Manager : People & Culture
  • Training and Development administration
  • Minute taking
  • Effective and accurate People data management and reporting activities as needed
  • Ensure awareness, compliance and implementation of all legislative and compliance issues
  • Key Requirements : Qualification :

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience :

  • At least 2 year’ experience in HR Administration.

  • Knowledge of HRIS Systems
  • Must be familiar with the latest HR legislation
  • Sound knowledge of human resources best practice and related legislative requirements
  • Understanding of HR processes and procedures
