Job Description

Newly created appointment to lead the in-house Pensions Administration team for a +£billion Pension Fund.

Hybrid, 3 days a week North West England offices

About the role

  • You will lead the Pensions Administration operation, with focus on ongoing development to deliver excellent member services
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team in development and delivery of strategy
  • Oversee projects driven by strategic change, policy, legislative updates alongside ongoing process efficiencies
  • Mentor and support ongoing staff development
About you
  • Draw on current technical knowledge, particularly DB Pensions administration, with awareness of developing Pensions landscape from a legislative and trends perspective
  • Project skills including driving change initiatives will be highly beneficial
  • Utilise your interpersonal skills motivating and inspiring a team whilst building relationships with key stakeholders
