Qualifications

• Patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and personal support to children with special needs, adhering to individual care plans.
• Assist children with daily living activities, including feeding, hygiene, and mobility.
• Implement therapeutic activities as directed by therapists.
• Monitor and record children's progress, behaviour, and vital signs, reporting changes to the supervising team.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for the children.
• Engage children in appropriate play and educational activities to promote development.
• Support children's social and emotional well-being.
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Assist with transportation to appointments or therapies as required.
